Refund and touch-up policy.

Every tattoo is permanent, so we make space for questions and design changes before the needle starts. The consultation is where we agree the brief, placement, size and price direction.

Deposits and cancellations

A deposit secures your appointment and is applied to the agreed tattoo price. Please contact the studio as soon as possible if you need to move your appointment.

Studio-initiated cancellations

If Kafka INK needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit can be transferred to a new date or refunded at your request.

Client cancellations

Deposits are not refundable when an appointment is cancelled at short notice or when the client does not attend. With enough notice, contact the studio and we will confirm the available options for moving the appointment.

Satisfaction and touch-ups

No refunds for the final result

Due to the permanent nature of tattoos, we do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the final result. We encourage open communication during the design and tattooing process so expectations are agreed before the session.

Complimentary touch-ups

We offer one complimentary touch-up session within 6 months of the original tattoo session when aftercare instructions have been followed properly. Touch-ups required because of improper aftercare may incur an additional charge.
